Privacy Policy
Any Presentations LLC Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 4, 2026
Design To Mail is operated by Any Presentations LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information through our website and services. Our services are offered to customers in the United States.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, request assistance, or communicate with us. This may include:
- Your name, business name, email address, telephone number, and billing or mailing address.
- Account information, order history, billing details, and transaction records.
- Artwork, photographs, logos, mailing lists, email recipient lists, and other materials submitted for your orders.
- Support communications, communication preferences, and records of consent to receive messages.
We also collect website usage information through cookies and similar technologies, as described below. When you purchase a mailing list through us, we obtain the applicable list information from our list providers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to manage accounts, process payments, fulfill orders, provide printing and mailing services, deliver email newsletters, respond to requests, and maintain account security.
We also use information to improve our website, understand website activity, and communicate about accounts and orders. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and your communication preferences.
We may use examples of work completed with customers in our promotional materials as described in our Terms and Conditions. This does not include recipient lists, nonpublic account or billing information, or materials identified as confidential.
3. Customer Lists and Purchased Mailing Lists
Customer-uploaded mailing and email lists are used exclusively to fulfill that customer’s orders and related instructions. We do not sell or rent those lists, use them for another customer’s campaigns, or add their recipients to our own marketing lists.
We also obtain postal mailing lists from list providers for customer orders. Customers receive copies when full-use rights are purchased and the applicable list license permits it. These purchased lists are separate from lists uploaded by our customers.
4. When We Disclose Information
We disclose information as needed to providers that support our services, including payment processing, website hosting, data storage, printing and fulfillment, postal delivery, email delivery, text messaging, and account security.
For example, recipient names and addresses may be provided to a mailing provider to complete your order. Providers receive information relevant to the services they perform.
Google’s collection and use of website information are described in the next section.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to the rights or safety of our customers or business.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and help improve its performance and content. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect website usage information.
For details, see how Google uses information from websites and apps.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Restricting cookies may affect some website features.
6. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you request security codes, contact us by text, or enroll in account notices or marketing messages, we use your mobile number and related information to provide those communications.
We maintain consent and opt-out records to manage your preferences. Marketing texts require separate consent; providing a telephone number or verifying it does not by itself enroll you in marketing.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent records, or share them with another company for that company’s marketing. Messaging providers may process information as needed to deliver messages on our behalf.
You may reply STOP to stop texts or contact us to withdraw consent. Additional messaging details appear in our Terms and Conditions.
7. Information Retention and Deletion
We generally retain account records, customer lists, and artwork unless you request deletion, so we can maintain your account and make materials available for orders you authorize.
You may request deletion by contacting us. We may retain information needed for accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and honoring communication preferences. Deleting account information or materials may affect our ability to provide services that depend on them.
Retention is subject to applicable legal requirements and does not constitute a guarantee of permanent file storage.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Depending on your state and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information or opt out of certain sales, sharing, or uses for targeted advertising. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
If information appears in a list supplied by one of our customers, we may need to coordinate with that customer to address your request.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent communications needed to administer an existing account or order.
To submit a privacy request, email support@anypresentations.com or call 1-888-525-8847. If we decline a request, you may ask us to review that decision by replying to our response. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or information practices change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
